1 . Applicability
1.1 All offers, spending and contracts Wide Wellies to the exclusion of any terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions apply.
1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these conditions.
1.3 The provisions in our conditions can be waived, in which case the other provisions shall remain in force in writing only.
1.4 All rights and claims, as in these conditions and any further agreements made by Wide Wellies, are also stipulated the intermediaries and third parties hired Wide Wellies.
2 . Agreement
2.1 An agreement is in place your order has been accepted by Wide Wellies. Wide Wellies can refuse or may attach certain conditions to the delivery of goods, unless expressly stated otherwise. Wide Wellies has the option to decline an order. Written notice will be dispatched no more than ten (10) days after receipt of the order.
3 . Prices / Offers
3.1 All offers are subject to change and Wide Wellies expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when this is necessary due to (legal) regulations.
3.2 All prices are in Euros including VAT and exclude shipping costs.
4 . Returns
4.1 All articles can be returned within fourteen (14) days after the delivery. Articles must be intact and in original condition. If this aspect is not taken into account, unfortunately we can't take back the goods.
4.2 You are obliged to check whether your home-delivered products meet the order. If this is not the case, you can report it within seven (7) days. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number in the subject line of your email, and a clear explanation why the article does not comply. Wide Wellies will replace the article.
4.3 When returning goods something back, please follow the following steps:
- Put the invoice back in the shoebox. If you have ordered more articles, you also received a copy of the invoice. Circle on the copy invoice the products you will return and stop this copy invoice in the box.
- Put the shoebox into the shipping box/bag and stick it firmly.
- Go to the local post office and sent the boots back to us (see address below)
- Keep the receipt and e-mail it to email@example.com
- We will refund the amount as soon as the goods are registered in our warehouse.

5 . Payments5.1 You pay through our web shop.
6. Supply6.1 The specified Wide Wellies delivery times are indicative only. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation.
7 . Retention7.1 The ownership of the goods is transferred only if all that you owe under any agreement with Wide Wellies have been paid. The risk in respect of the products at the time of delivery to you.
8. Complaints and liability8.1 You have the obligation to investigate whether the products meet your expectations upon delivery. If this is not the case, make Wide Wellies aware, in writing, as soon as possible, within seven (7) days of delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible after inspection of the goods.
8.2 If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within seven (7) days after delivery. Wide Wellies Returns are only accepted if the product is returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
9 . Electronic communications and evidence9.1 For misunderstanding, delays or improper transmission of data and messages resulting from the use of the Internet or any other means of communication between client and Wide Wellies (or by customers and third parties engaged, Wide Wellies is not liable, except case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Wide Wellies.
9.2 The administration of Wide Wellies count as conclusive evidence of the existence, content and implementation of the agreement with the customer in any legal proceedings, until the contrary is proved by the party who relies on the fact that the evidence is not reliable.
10 . Force Majeure10.1 Without prejudice to its other rights, In cases of force majeure Wide Wellies retains the right, at its discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or the agreement without judicial intervention, by informing you in writing to that effect. Wide Wellies is liable for any damages, unless this would be unacceptable. The circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness
10.2 Force majeure is defined, as any failure cannot be allocated because it is not due to her fault Wide Wellies and not under the law, legal action or generally accepted for its account.
11 . Miscellaneous11.1 In the event with any applicable law, violate one or more provisions of these terms or any other agreement with Wide Wellies the provision will lapse and will be replaced by identifying new lawful provision by Wide Wellies.
11.2 Wide Wellies is authorized to make use of third parties. Use in the execution of your order (s)
12 . Applicable law and competent court
12.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, including these conditions, only Dutch law.
All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
