Delivery and return
DeliveryIf you order on weekdays before 12pm, your order will be send immediately. The estimated delivery time is 2 or 3 working days. The delivery times specified by Wide Wellies are only indicative. Late delivery gives no right to compensation. The shipping costs are £ 2,95.
ReturnsAll articles can be returned within fourteen (14) days after the delivery. Articles must be intact and in original condition. If this aspect is not taken into account, unfortunately we can't take back the goods.
You are obliged to check whether your home-delivered products meet the order. If this is not the case, you can report it within seven (7) days. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number in the subject line of your email, and a clear explanation why the article does not comply. Wide Wellies will replace the article.
If you return an order, please follow these steps:
- Put the bill back in the shoebox. If you have ordered more articles, you also received a copy of the invoice. Circle on the copy invoice the products you will return and stop this copy invoice in the box.
- Put the shoebox into the shipping box/bag and stick it firmly.
- Go to the local post office and sent the boots back to us (see address below)
- Keep the receipt and e-mail it to email@example.com
- We will refund the amount as soon as the goods are registered in our warehouse.
